PTSO News:

Thanks to everyone who made it to our first meeting last night. Minutes from the meeting will be distributed later this week and can always be located on the PTSO page of Asbury’s website.

If you haven’t had a chance to complete your PTSO membership form, copies are available in the main office. Click here to complete the online form and pay via Venmo, or bring your payment to the office. Becoming a PTSO member is a great way to stay informed and be a part of the decision-making process of our school.

Volunteer forms were sent home in the PTSO packets last week. Many opportunities are available and are adaptable to your availability. Please click here to print and complete the form.

Carnival is Friday, September 21st from 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Carnival volunteers are needed. Opportunities include bundling tickets at home, donating food, loaning us items, setting up the day of the event, running a booth during the event, and cleaning up the Monday after. Please take a minute to look at the sign up genius to see how you can lend a hand.
Tickets and passes can be purchased online at charityauction.bid/AsburyCarnival2018. Paper order forms are also available in the main office and can be completed and turned in with your check or cash. Online purchases must be made by Wednesday, September 19th so we can have them ready at the Will Call table.
Teacher Dates and Drawings are now live through the website at charityauction.bid/AsburyCarnival2018. Online bidding will close on Wednesday, September 19th. Bidding will continue during the Carnival and winners will be announced on Monday, September 24th.

Please call our 24 hour attendance line if your child is going to be gone or late for any reason. You will need to leave a voicemail, and these voicemails are processed prior to the automatic dialer going out. It is 720-424-9797.

All parents must sign in and put on a visitor badge before entering the school.
