Please use this link to the Thursday Folders to see any and all flyers that came out this week. 09/19/19.
Courtesy request: Please do not block our neighbor’s driveways on Lafayette Street. I have had a few calls from our wonderful neighbors because someone blocks a driveway when they are dropping off their students for school. EVEN IF IT IS FOR FIVE MINUTES – DO NOT BLOCK A DRIVEWAY – THIS MAY MEAN SOMEONE ELSE IS LATE FOR WORK.
PTSO News:
CARNIVAL: Come one, come all!
Carnival is tomorrow from 4:30-7:00 pm!
Thank you to everyone who has donated or volunteered to help with the event. We could not make it happen without you!
All pre-purchased passes and tickets will be available under your child’s name at the Will Call table by the kinder doors. If you pre-bid on auction items, we’ll have an envelope there for you with your bidder number so you can keep bidding during the event.
Be sure to visit the auction tent to bid on an assortment of auction items and teacher dates, as well as purchase raffle tickets.
DIRECT GIVE
We will be postponing the launch of our Direct Give Campaign by a couple of weeks. More information will go out soon, so stay tuned.
OFFICE REMINDERS: The heat is abating and all the donated fans can be picked up from the Auditorium at your earliest convenience. They were such a big help.
Free and Reduced lunch Application – Opt Out can be completed at the www.myschoolapps.com website About six steps in is where you can opt out. Please complete this by Oct. 2.
All after school enrichments will dismiss out the South (Kindergarten) Door when the session is over.
Please know that children may only be dropped off in the morning on the playground without parent supervision after 8:15 am. Asbury staff is present and monitoring children after 8:15. Children may come to breakfast at 8:00, but need to go directly to the cafeteria.
