The Asbury PTSO would like to thank everyone who attended our annual adults-only social & fundraiser. The event was a great success! This year’s theme was “I Love Rock & Roll and Asbury”. A good time was had by all and we’ll have totals of our funds raised shortly.
Check out some of our fabulous auction items here. Group Experiences were a new addition to the traditional auction items this year and they were quite popular. Spots will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Please check out the brochure to view these great opportunities.
When: Friday, April 28th from 6-10pm
Where: Craig Hall at the University of Denver (See map for directions and parking details). Once again, The Fabulous Boogienauts will help us dance the night away.
Childcare will be provided by the YMCA After School & Sponsored by the Asbury PTSO. This year’s location is the Fleming Mansion (1510 S Grant St, Denver CO 80210) from 5:45pm-10:15pm. Limited spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Contact the Asbury front office to reserve your spot.
Individual tickets are $50/person and include dinner (served from 6-8:30pm), drinks and entertainment. “Friends of Barry” tickets are $150/couple. Please consider joining as “friends of Barry” as your purchase will help to sponsor a staff member or Asbury family.
