Upcoming Dining Out Events
Dining Out Nights are great fundraisers for our school. Restaurants offer a percentage of purchases back to Asbury. These events are not restricted to Asbury students, so please invite your friends and family to stop by as well and mention Asbury when they place their orders.
Dates of planned Dining Out Nights:
November 16th – Bright Marten Dine Out Night – 15% Give Back
This year’s campaign will run from October 23rd – November 21st, but donations are welcome (and appreciated) all year long.
There are many ways to donate and help support our school:
Make a check out to Asbury PTSO and mail it to Asbury Elementary at 1320 E Asbury Ave, Denver CO 80210. Please put Direct Give in the memo line.
Monthly Donations via Zelle. Contact Leah Borsheim (email@example.com) for information on setting this up.
Venmo – Search for AsburyPTSO-AsburyPTSO with the eagle logo, and put Direct Give in the notes.
The impact of your gift to our organization may be DOUBLED or possibly TRIPLED! Some companies even match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. Please check with your HR department to find out if your gift to the Asbury PTSO can be matched. It’s usually as easy as filling out a request or online form and it helps our community immensely.
Box Tops for Education
New for the 2019-2020 school year, BTFE is transitioning to a digital program, where credits will be earned digitally by scanning receipts instead of clipping from packages.
Download the Box Tops app, register and select Asbury as your school, and then scan an eligible receipt containing Box Tops products. You’ll earn 10 cents for each Box Tops product purchased.
Yes, you can still clip those Box Tops! BTFE will continue to accept Clipped Box Tops until they expire, as long as they are validly submitted by your school’s coordinator. So keep sending them to school!
More good news! You can ‘double dip’ during the packaging transition by clipping the physical Box Tops AND scanning your receipt with those participating items.
Safeway Reloadable Cards: Asbury receives money when you reload and shop with your Safeway card.
Buy a pre-loaded Safeway gift card from the front office for $10. The card is ready to use and there is no additional cost to you!
Use the card to purchase groceries, gift cards, stamps or gas.
Reload the card any time you want to shop, for up to $500. Our PTSO receives a 5% donation on the amount you put on your card directly from Safeway.
PLEASE NOTE: Cards must be purchased directly from Asbury, not from your local Safeway store. You can reload the card in the cashier line, but you must do this before the associate starts ringing up your purchase.
King Soopers Community Rewards Program: King Soopers Community Rewards makes fundraising easy by donating to Asbury based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your card to Asbury Elementary, all you have to do is shop at King Soopers and swipe your card or enter your phone number.
Connect your existing loyalty card to Asbury Elementary or get a loyalty card at the service desk of any King Soopers.
If you’re an Amazon customer, this is an easy way to send some money back to Asbury. On your first visit to Amazon Smilesmile.amazon.com, select Asbury PTSO to receive donations from eligible purchases before you begin shopping. Amazon Smile will remember your selection, and then every eligible purchase you make at smile.amazon.com will result in a donation.
