7:30 to 7:40 am – Students may arrive between this time and play on the playground or wait in line until the bell rings and their teachers come out to pick them up.
Children may not come to school any earlier than 7:30 am.
7:35 am – First Bell
7:40 am – Learning Begins – Students arriving after 7:40 am, please check into the office before going to class.
2:40 pm – Instructional Day Ends – Students pack up to go home! Teachers will be engaged with students from bell to bell so scholars will arrive on the playground shortly after 2:40 pm.
3:00 pm – Office Closes – The office closes promptly at 3:40 pm, every day. Children can be picked up from Discovery Link through the auditorium doors. There will be options for after school enrichments.
Health Information
Nurse: Mondays and Fridays (7:15 am to 3:00 pm)
Health Tech Para: 3 Days a Week – Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (7:20 am to 3:00 pm)
Please note – Inside Arrival Days + Inside Recess: During this unique time, indoor recess will take place in the auditorium or gym (alternating) during inclement weather.
Excellent attendance is very important. Our goal for every scholar is to attend school 95% of the year. This means your learner can miss only 6 days of school to make this attendance goal. Please help your child succeed by having them at school, on time, ready to learn every day. More than 9 days of unexcused absences will result in truancy.
