Favorite thing about living in Colorado?

I am Colorado born and raised, I am a native for sure. I love living in Colorado because we get the best of everything. We get all of the seasons and that in itself is a blessing but even when it’s snowing the sun is shining or at least it is the next day. There is so much to do here I love discovering new places/treasures all the time.

Favorite sport to watch or play and why?

This is BRONCO country!!! I love to watch football but my heart only belongs to one team orange and blue Broncos all the way baby! Throwing the football around in the fall is the best.

Why teaching?

It is a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together. I love teaching kiddos for so many reasons. You get to make a difference in a child’s day which brightens their day, your day and the parents day too. To see the excitement when they are learning, growing and becoming independent is breath taking and still makes my heart smile every time. However if you don’t have a sense of humor you will never make it in this line of work.
