  • Starting in first grade, students get a locker to use at school.
  • There is an Asbury Kids Run in the spring, and you can join the parents running group at AsburyRunning@googlegroups.com
  • There is technology such Promethean Boards in EVERY classroom to help prepare students for the 21st Century. We also have Chromebooks, iPads, document cameras, and laptops that students use across the grade levels and curriculum.
  • Every Thursday you will get Thursday Folder Packets sent home with school information and general communication. (or it is all online if you opt to do that!)
  • Homework for all grades is given out either Friday or Monday, so your child can complete it when it works best for your family during the week.
  • There is fun Fall Carnival every year.
  • Asbury has a diverse student body, with at least 12 different languages and ethnicities represented.
  • Asbury emphasized students doing their BEST as a part of Positive Behavior Supports.  This provides common expectations for every area of the school.
